Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend Jim Curtis has warned people not to settle for love after going public with his romance with the Hollywood star.
Hypnotist and wellness coach Jim, 50, posted a video on his popular Instagram account on Wednesday giving some relationship advice.
When asked ‘Is it better to settle down or be alone?’, Jim was adamant that relationships should not be taken for granted.
“I’m not going to say either,” he told the camera as he lingered in his kitchen. Quoting research from Harvard, Jim said: ‘Relationships are the most important thing for happiness, so it’s extremely important to have people in your life who nurture you and help you grow as a person.’
He added that strong friendships are equally vital, explaining: ‘So you shouldn’t be lonely and settle down.’
‘If you’re in a romantic relationship or in a relationship with someone who doesn’t fulfill you then you need to get out there and make more friends.’
