Srisailam temple management urges devotees to do booking only through official websites

Following reports that some devotees were duped after booking accommodation at Srisailam through fake websites, the Srisailam temple management had asked devotees to book rooms or darshan tickets only through the temple’s official website.

Srisailam temple Foundation Chairman Pothukunta Ramesh Naidu and Executive Officer M Srinivasa Rao, in a statement on Monday (November 24), asked devotees to book accommodation or arjitha seva, Sparsha Darshanam, Sheegra Darshan, Athisheegra Darshan or any other ticket online only through the Endowment department website www.aptemples.ap.gov.in or the temple website. www.srisailadevasthanam.org.

They have asked devotees not to transfer money to any person’s Phonepe or Googlepay account while booking a ticket or room online. “If anyone wants to deposit or transfer money while booking a room or seva, treat it as a cyber crime,” they said and asked devotees not to believe fake websites.
