Shirlie Kemp has revealed how she will celebrate with husband Martin when he returns home after his I’m a Celebrity stint.

The 64-year-old star of Spandau Ballet didn’t hold back when talking about their marriage, including a salacious confession in the Australian bush and in the bedroom in its second week.

In a new interview, Shirlie, 63, said she had big plans for their reunion and that Martin made one request before leaving.

‘Before Martin went into the woods he asked me if I could plan a big Christmas party for his return,’ she said Sun.

‘I love finding excuses to host our family, friends and neighbors, so I keep myself busy in planning mode. Martin will no doubt be starving when he gets home, so I’ll make sure the party is well-catered.

‘I’ll be going out to celebrate his return with decorations, music, food, cocktails and all our favorite people from home.’

Conversation at camp turned to marriage when Vogue Williams told how she had been married to Spencer Matthews for eight years.

This led Martin to say that he had been married for forty years.

‘I married just three people on top of a cliff overlooking the Caribbean in St Lucia,’ she told her campmates about their wedding day.

He joked that the ceremony was so simple that ‘if you did a little more research you’d find out we’re not married!’

Telling the secrets of his long-standing marriage in the Bush Telegraph, Martin said that the basis of their relationship was friendship: ‘Shirlie is everything to me, everything I do in my life, I do it for her.’
