Make-up artists ‘used bodily fluids on Farage during BBC appearances’, insider claims

This week the BBC is producing a song and dance about comments Nigel Farage made, or did not make, in the schoolyard during his childhood.

Now make-up artists are alleged to have carried out unsavory acts against the Reform UK leader.

Lisa Hilton, a historian and best-selling author who presents BBC TV documentaries, made the extraordinary claim during an appearance on her programs that Farage’s face had been deliberately painted with dirty brushes.

The well-connected Hilton explains that she heard about it from a ‘morning messenger’ in The Critic, writing: ‘Without naming names, Nigel Farage might want to start doing his own face, given the incredibly creative range of natural cosmetics with which the brushes are filled when he sits in the chair.’

It was claimed to me that these ‘natural cosmetics’ contained human saliva and other bodily fluids.

Farage refuses to comment but the alleged grudge may not surprise the Brexit campaigner, who has long accused the BBC of Left and Remain bias.

Last year, he vowed to boycott the BBC after he was accused of racism by a select audience during a Question Time special for party leaders ahead of the General Election.

‘Our state broadcaster acted like a political actor throughout this election,’ he said. ‘Reform will campaign for the abolition of the license fee.’

Farage declines to comment but such a claim of spite may not surprise the Brexit campaigner, who has long accused the BBC of Left and Remain bias.

Last week he denied allegations that he racially abused other students at Dulwich College in the 1970s (which he denies).

The BBC declined to comment on claims that Farage’s make-up was soiled, but sources there insist the claims are completely false.

Sophie didn’t write the murder, she told the charity to write it down!

Although Sophie Ellis-Bextor is not a regular worshiper, she was at her best when she took to the stage at St James’s Church in Piccadilly, London.

He was replaced by Emily In Paris star Leroy-Beaulieu (62), a Filipino who plays Sylvie Grateau.

‘You were expecting an Australian actress but instead you found a French actress,’ he joked.

Winslet’s son Joe was afraid to give the script to Kate

Joe Anders, whose first script Goodbye June was turned into a star-studded Christmas movie by his mother Kate Winslet, insists he actually had reservations about letting the Oscar winner get involved.

Joe, 21, is Kate’s son with ex-husband Sir Sam Mendes, 60, and he changed his professional surname to Anders in 2022.

The film stars Timothy Spall and Helen Mirren, but he only wrote the script for a screenwriting course at the National Film and Television School.

‘I wasn’t throwing this away,’ he says. ‘I never thought of making a movie of this. I said: “Mom, no, you don’t need to do that; you don’t need to pretend just because you’re my mom.”

Kate, 50, who is making her directorial debut on the film, says: ‘Joe definitely felt: “But are people going to think it’s just because you’re my mum?”
