Minister Seeks Action Plan For 2027 Godavari Pushkaralu

VIJAYAWADA: Endowments minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy instructed officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan to hold Godavari Pushkaralu in July 2027 and expected the participation of around five crore devotees.

At a review meeting on Friday, the minister instructed the officials to submit budget estimates, design an official event logo and prepare draft plans for important works including ghat development, cleaning arrangements, changing rooms for women, special darshan packages, harathi offerings, spiritual programs and crowd management.

He emphasized the need for robust arrangements such as drinking water facilities, healthcare and other basic amenities to support pilgrims.
