‘Sent me a ChatGPT email’: Laid-off TikTok worker slams company amid layoffs, exposes toxic work culture

In the midst of controversial layoffs in Tiktok’s home company Baytan, employees speak against the toxic working culture of the Chinese -based firm. In such a social media post, an employee who was dismissed claimed that he had been sent to an e-mail produced by AI to inform Tiktok.
The worker, who hid his name, said that he was late to deliver his job, but Tiktok sent a ‘Chatgpt E -Post’ to report his dismissal.
“I was impressed by the dismissal of tiktok.
The employee claimed that there was no clarity for employees who were dismissed later.
“What I want to know is what the next process is? Will they reach everyone who is dismissed to talk about the next step by personal E -Post? Can we negotiate on severance pay?”
The dismissed staff accused Tiktok of developing ‘toxic’ work culture and threatened to complain to the US Congress.
“Congress and other people’s discrimination, disgusting bathroom use and still with personal identifiable knowledge of how incompetent they want to hear,” he said.
Tiktok dismissal
Bloomberg said on Thursday that Bloomberg has chosen a third dismissal tour in the US since April in the US, and this time the US e-commerce department hit the workers from Tiktok stores.
