OpenAI takes stake in Thrive Holdings for enterprise AI push

OpenAI on Monday announced acquires an ownership interest holdingsA company founded in April by Thrive Capital, one of its major investors.
The startup said it will embed engineering, research and product teams at Thrive Holdings companies to help accelerate the adoption of AI and increase cost efficiency.
Thrive Holdings acquires, owns and manages companies that it believes can benefit from technologies such as artificial intelligence. According to its website, the company operates in sectors that “form the basis of the real economy”, especially accounting and IT services.
OpenAI, valued at $500 billion, did not disclose the financial terms of the agreement.
“We are excited to expand our partnership with OpenAI to deploy its leading models, products and services into industries we believe have tremendous potential to benefit from technological innovation and adoption,” Joshua Kushner, founder and CEO of Thrive Capital and Thrive Holdings, said in a statement. he said.
