Yvette Cooper says migrants on small boats where child has died should be prosecuted

The Interior Minister called for prosecution of all individuals who came to England if a child died.

Yette Cooper from Labour, BBC Radio 4’s program today “children are crushed to death on these extreme crowded boats” completely scary “said.

Cooper insisted: “Anyone who comes to a boat where a child’s life disappears must be faced with prosecution in England or France.”

This comes because the government’s border security, asylum and immigration bill has brought a new crime of a new “endangering life in the sea” and is currently moving towards Parliament.

Cooper said that it would allow the authorities to take action against people who participate in behaviors that put others at the risk of serious injury or death, such as refusing others to reject physical aggression, intimidation or rescue attempts.

But on Friday, he went further further, claiming that even riding a crowded boat could lead to prosecution.

He said: “If you have a boat that we see that all of these people climb that boat, they put the life of everyone else at risk.”

Transitions increased last year and reached 20,600 until July 2.

Approximately 15 children died of trying to cross the channel last year and warned that the relief project game has become “more dangerous” for young people.

Northern France -based Defending Coordinator Kate O’Neill blamed policies aimed at preventing transitions for increasing risk.

“After all, the children we meet every day are not safe.

“Whether they are directly victims or witnesses, they are exposed to a level of violence.

“Ultimately we always put fires … The underlying issue is these policies of the border securities that create more obstacles for child safety and child protection.”

“This is not what we see at all.

“They continued to make the conditions more difficult and more dangerous.”

He said: “The narrative of Smash-The Gangs is not effective and harmful because the only way to dismiss the gangs is to reduce the need for them.”

Meanwhile, Mrs. O’Neill said that despite the changes in the rules that would allow the French police not to enter into force yet, he has already intervened in the transition attempts in shallow waters.

He said: “This is not a new tactic … Something that has happened for a long time in Calais and its surrounding areas.

“My emotions have recently increased on the number of testimonies we have received from children and their families.

“This is really dangerous because children are usually in the middle of the boats.”

On Friday, the Minister of the Interior reported that the French police intervened in French waters to prevent crossings, and said that he was working very closely with the French Minister of Interior to ensure that the rules are “rapidly changing”.

Mrs. Cooper also refused to inform you that people who have been in the channel have returned to Europe in exchange for asylum seekers who have connected to England.

When asked about the policy, he would say to Sky News that only ministers “look at a series of different problems” and “different ways of returning”.
