Logan Paul reflects on John Cena’s farewell, chances Trump goes to final match

As his career comes to an end, everyone wants to give John Cena a chance; Logan Paul is one of the lucky ones.
The YouTuber-turned-WWE star found himself in a brief storyline that saw Cena and his friends become rivals, with his final match set to take place on December 13th.
Cena criticized Paul on “Friday Night SmackDown” before their Clash match in Paris in August.

The never-before-seen 17-time world champion emerged victorious but Paul said it was “truly an honour” to face the undisputed greatest of all time.
“I was disappointed that I didn’t come out victorious. He’s really good. I don’t know what to say. In the middle of the match I was like, ‘Oh, this is like a different level of wrestler,'” Paul said in a recent interview with Fox News Digital. he said. “But yeah, I mean, John Cena, that’s why I got my match. I’m going to try to convince him to come back one more time so I can beat him next time. But he won’t do that even though he told me he wouldn’t do that.”

It was discussed in the interview that Paul might crash the party on December 13, even though the “Last Time Is Now” tournament finalists are Gunther and LA Knight.
“I’m not above that,” Paul admitted.
Cena’s final fight will take place in Washington DC, and President Donald Trump is known for his love of combat sports. Paul, who attended Trump’s inauguration last year and interviewed Trump on his own podcast, did not rule out the possibility of Trump attending Cena’s final match.
“We (people at WWE) have talked about it. I have no idea. It seems like something that could happen. I think it would be great. But I don’t know how political WWE wants to be, so I’m not sure,” Paul said.
Trump is in the WWE Hall of Fame in part because of his appearance at WrestleMania 23.

There was significant speculation that Edge, one of Cena’s biggest rivals, could return to WWE to face Cena for the first time since 2023.
