Due to flight interruptions and scuffles at airports, luggage is seen to be scattered and separated from passengers. The flight cancellation caused delays and logistical difficulties for passengers. The Ministry of Civil Aviation took swift and decisive steps to address the disruption caused by the IndiGo operational crisis. The ministry has instructed IndiGo to track all luggage leaving passengers and deliver it within 48 hours. MoCA MoS Murlidhar Mohol assured that the ministry is closely monitoring the situation and taking immediate action.
