Nationals should consider Labor’s parliament expansion plans

Recent reports and my own experience suggest that the federal Labor government is seriously considering expanding the size of Australia’s federal parliament, repeating previous expansions in 1948-49 and 1983-84. However, no commitment has been made on this issue yet.
