The north of the UK is quite windy, with severe storms continuing in the north-west. Heavy rains are expected to continue across Scotland. Dry with clear skies in most places, but still quite windy. Then scattered showers in the west.

Wednesday:

The wind and rain are gradually easing in northern Scotland. It will be mostly dry and sunny, but there will be occasional showers in the western parts in the morning. It’s still pretty breezy for most people.
