A woman accused of putting razor blades inside multiple loaves of bread at two Walmart stores in Mississippi was arrested Tuesday, Fox 26 Houston reported.

The local station said the Biloxi Police Department identified the suspect as Camille Benson, 33, of Texas, who is charged with attempted mayhem. He is currently in jail on a $100,000 bond, the outlet added.

For more than a week, many customers reportedly found razor blades in the bread they purchased at two nearby locations. Walmart Supercenter and a Walmart Neighborhood Market.

According to the Associated Press (AP), the first complaint was made at the Supercenter on December 5, when a customer told employees that he found razor blades in the bread he purchased. The outlet added that a similar complaint occurred at the Farmer’s Market on December 8.

Walmart advised customers who believe they may have purchased a tampered product to immediately dispose of the product and visit their local store for a full refund.

“The health and safety of our customers is always our top priority,” a Walmart spokesperson told Fox News Digital on Tuesday. “We removed and thoroughly inspected all potentially affected products at affected stores in Biloxi. We thank law enforcement for their swift action and will continue to cooperate with them during the investigation.”
