These 22 and 23-year-old self-made billionaires run an online platform valued at ₹52,400 crore — Who are they?

This is the third edition of the list of the 200 most valuable companies in India founded after 2000. These companies are ranked by their value, defined as market capitalization for publicly traded companies and valuation for unlisted companies.

“IDFC FIRST Private & Hurun India’s Top 200 Self-Made Entrepreneurs of the Millennium 2025 highlights a new wave of young founders delivering rapid growth. 22-year-old Kaivalya Vohra and 23-year-old Aadit Palicha, both from Zepto, are among the 2 youngest entrepreneurs,” it said in a statement on Wednesday.

Who are Kaivalya Vohra and Aadit Palicha?

Kaivalya Vohra, 22, is the founder of 10-minute delivery platform Zepto. Net worth of Vohra, who dropped out of Stanford University’s coveted computer science program 4,480 crore, according to the Hurun India Rich List announced in October this year. Vohra first entered the Hurun India Rich List in 2022, at the age of 19.

Meanwhile, 23-year-old Aadit Palicha is Zepto’s other co-founder and CEO of the flash trading platform. Like Vohra, Mumbai-born Palicha also dropped out of Stanford University.

Both founders found a pocket in India’s e-commerce sector during Covid-19 – the country needed faster delivery of groceries Zepto was originally called Kiranakart and promised delivery in 45 minutes.

The total value of all companies included in the list of “India’s Top 200 Self-Made Entrepreneurs of the Millennium 2025” is as follows: 42 lakh crore and hosts entrepreneurs from 51 cities of India. For the first time since the inception of the list, Eternal founder Deepinder Goyal (42) topped DMart’s RK Damani (70). His company, Eternal, leads with this valuation: 3.2 lakh crore, up 27% from last year.
