John Travolta fathered Elvis’s great-grandson with Riley Keough, wild lawsuit claims

John Travolta’s name was mentioned during a bitter courtroom battle with the Presley family after a newly amended lawsuit made sensational and unproven claims about the parentage of his teenage son.
The wild claims are contained in an amended $50 million breach of contract lawsuit filed by Priscilla Presley’s former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko.
The dossier, obtained by the Daily Mail and filed on Tuesday, December 16, names Presley’s son Navarone Garibaldi Garcia and his mother as defendants and includes a series of explosive claims attributed entirely to alleged statements from third parties.
These include claims that Elvis’ daughter Lisa Marie Presley donated her eggs so Travolta, 71, and his late wife Kelly Preston could ‘get pregnant’; There’s also the allegation that Lisa Marie’s daughter Riley Keough, 36, donated eggs so the couple could welcome their son Ben, now 15, in 2010.
Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, the father of 17-year-old twins Harper and Finley, is repeatedly mentioned in the document as the alleged source of many of the allegations.
According to the filing, Lockwood, 61, allegedly told Kruse that Preston “couldn’t give birth to her own children and that Travolta and Preston had previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant.”

The complaint does not provide medical documentation to support the allegations, and it is unclear whether Lisa Marie’s eggs produced children.
When contacted by the Daily Mail, Lockwood flatly denied any knowledge of the allegations attributed to him.
‘This sounds crazy,’ he said. ‘I haven’t heard anything about it.’
The amended complaint also alleges that the Travoltas approached the Presleys again in 2010 – a year after the tragic death of their son Jett – claiming that Travolta was trying to ‘save his career’ amid allegations of sexual harassment by other men. Allegations that Travolta has denied for a long time.
The filing also alleges that Lockwood claimed that Travolta later decided not to use Lisa Marie’s eggs, allegedly stating that they did not want ‘eggs with heroin’ on them; this is a reference to his reported opioid addiction.
The complaint alleges that Keough instead provided Preston with her eggs so she could welcome her third child, Ben, in November 2010, when she was 48 years old.
Travolta and Preston married in 1991 and have three children: Ella, now 25, Benjamin, and their oldest son, Jett.
Jett died in 2009 at the age of 16 after suffering a seizure during a family vacation in the Bahamas.

According to the filing, Michael Lockwood allegedly told Kruse that Preston ‘was unable to give birth to his own children and that Travolta and Presley had previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant,’ which Lockwood denies (Lockwood and Presley, 2013)
Travolta celebrated his son’s 33rd birthday earlier this year, writing on Instagram: ‘Happy Birthday Jett, I miss you so much! ‘I will love you forever!’
Preston later died in July 2020, two years after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
However, the amended complaint is not limited to this.
In return, Keough was ‘given a vintage Jaguar and paid between $10,000 and $20,000 for the deal,’ the lawsuit alleges.
Keough married Australian stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen in 2015 and they have two children: a daughter named Tupelo, born in 2022, and a second baby born via surrogate in 2025.
The amended complaint also references a handwritten note that included the phrases ‘CA fertility partners’, ‘I am Travolta’ and ‘Kelly Preston carried baby’.
There is also mention of an alleged text exchange in which Ben Travolta was referred to as Priscilla Presley’s ‘beautiful granddaughter’.
The filing also alleges that the alleged arrangement required the ‘signature’ of the Church of Scientology and involved surveillance of Priscilla Presley.

Kruse and Fialko also allege that Lockwood allegedly wanted the information to be used ‘to arrange a settlement for himself and his daughters.’
The lawsuit alleges that Garcia then “threw a tantrum,” allegedly demanding that plaintiffs keep Riley and Travolta’s son away from the press and insisting that he be the family’s only male musician (referred to as the “king” in the filing).
Garcia is also accused of allegedly soliciting a multimillion-dollar settlement.
A lawyer representing both Garcia and Priscilla Presley responded harshly to the allegations, telling the Daily Mail:
‘After losing motion after motion in this case and unsuccessfully trying to obtain Presley’s representation, Marty Singer was disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko and their accomplices have shown that no bar is too low, there is no ethical line they are not willing to cross to inflict further pain on Priscilla Presley and her family.
‘In a completely misplaced effort to put undue pressure on Presley to retract his legitimate and accurate allegations, Kruse and his accomplices also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant.
‘These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the allegations in this case.
‘The behavior of Kruse, Fialko and their new lawyers (they are in the fourth group of lawyers) is disgraceful and this will certainly be addressed in court.’

Representatives for Travolta and Keough have not yet responded to requests for comment.
Kruse and Fialko’s representative, Jordan Matthews of Holtz Matthews LLP, also issued a statement defending the amended complaint.
“Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are very sorry to have to file their most recent amended complaint,” Matthews said.
‘They were accused of horrific acts that were not supported by any evidence. ‘These accusations are particularly painful given the tremendous work they did to keep the Presley family together during an extremely difficult and divisive time.’
Matthews stated that all family disputes were resolved following Lisa Marie’s death, claiming that ‘every matter was resolved, all parties were paid and closing was achieved.’
The statement continued: “This amended complaint is about establishing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of a good faith effort.”
‘Woman. Kruse and Mr. Fialko are confident that the truth will prevail.’
The biological parentage allegations are just one component of Kruse and Fialko’s broader lawsuit against Navarone Garcia, which accuses him of breaching contracts and interfering with business ventures allegedly tied to Priscilla Presley’s name, image and likeness.
Garcia was sued just days after Kruse and Fialko filed a separate lawsuit against Priscilla Presley, in which Garcia accused her of wrongdoing following Lisa Marie’s death.
Priscilla Presley has vehemently denied all the allegations made by her former partners.
