A Bondi shooting royal commission must focus on Home Affairs

Calls for a royal commission into the Bondi atrocity are entirely appropriate. This was a failure of our security system, for which the warning signs have been clear for over a decade. Royal commissions are what we do when systems break down and require extraordinary intervention.
