Anderson Silva defeats Tyron Woodley with TKO

Anderson Silva showed off his quick hands by landing an uppercut and several right hooks to knock out Tyron Woodley in the second round on Friday night.
Woodley fell face down to the ground as the referee counted to eight. The former UFC fighter managed to return to his corner and when he touched gloves with Silva to get back into the fight, the referee rang the bell.

Silva was awarded the technical knockout for the fourth boxing victory of his career. While the UFC legend was 4-2 in his boxing career, Jake Paul and Osmar Luiz Teixeira were defeated.
Woodley is currently 0-3 in professional boxing. He lost to Paul twice in his career.

It’s unclear what the two fighters will do next. Silva is 50 years old and Woodley is 43 years old.
This fight between Silva and Woodley took place on Paul’s card against Anthony Joshua at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. The YouTuber, a former boxer, faced one of the biggest tests of his career when he faced the former two-time heavyweight champion and Olympic gold medalist.

Paul has only one blemish on his boxing record: his defeat against Tommy Paul. He is coming off a win over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. He beat Mike Tyson in an exhibition last year.
