Worth the jaw break, Jake? Battle-scarred Paul flaunts £140m purse after knockout defeat to Anthony Joshua – posing with wads of cash and SIX guns on a private jet

Jake Paul appeared to be showing off his earnings as he left Miami after undergoing surgery to repair his broken jaw following his blockbuster £140 million ($187.5 million) showdown with Anthony Joshua.
The Problem Child was sidelined with a brutal knockout blow after going six rounds against the former heavyweight world champion in Florida, leaving him feared to have suffered a broken jaw.
After going to hospital following the fight, Paul learned he would be fitted with two titanium plates and have several teeth extracted, and would be forced on a liquid diet for seven days after surgery.
But on Sunday, Paul appeared to have recovered enough to return home, sharing a snapshot of his unconventional journey from the Sunshine State to Instagram.
“American Dream (US flag emoji),” the former YouTuber captioned the image. ‘Start yours today. Believe it.
‘Mistake. Work. Mistake. To learn. Mistake. Never stop.’

The former YouTuber was immediately hospitalized after breaking his jaw following a fight.
The 28-year-old posed on the private jet surrounded by thick stacks of hundred-dollar bills, five guns and a gold firearm held in the same hand as a lit cigar.
The plane’s seats were covered in luxurious blankets by French fashion house Hermes, and large Louis Vuitton shopping bags were piled high at the other end of the cabin.
In the second picture in the carousel, Paul chose a photo of himself as a young boy.
Before going to hospital, the American fighter shared in an in-ring interview despite spitting up blood after the knockout: ‘I feel good, it was fun, I love this sport.’
Paul later posted a photo of an x-ray confirming he had a double fracture in his jaw. He also shared a series of graphic images and videos on his Instagram account, showing the change in his jaw, with copious amounts of blood dripping down his face.

The former cruiserweight has since confirmed he will be taking a break from the sport but plans to pursue a cruiserweight world title.
‘I’m going to take a break. I’ve been working hard for six years. I’ll take a break for a while. “This is incredible,” he said. ‘We’ll heal the broken jaw, come back and fight people my weight.’
Paul added: ‘Anthony Joshua is a great fighter, I got beat but that’s what this sport is about. I will come back and continue to win.
‘I have already won in every aspect of life. My family, my beautiful fiancée and his sports have helped me a lot in my life.’
