Immigrant truckers file suit over California’s plans to revoke commercial driver’s licenses

The groups claim the state’s plan to revoke truckers’ licenses violates their due process rights and threatens their livelihoods. They are asking the Alameda County Superior Court to halt the license revocations.
The California DMV said it does not comment on pending litigation.
