New details have emerged about the deaths of Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, whose bodies were found in their home in Brentwood, Los Angeles, on Sunday, December 14.
Death certificates were released by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Obtained by TMZ and reported by multiple US sources. They record that Rob Reiner’s body was found at 15.45, and Singer Reiner’s body was found at 15.46. The cause of death for both of them was stated as “injury with multiple sharp objects”, while the situations were described as “murder” and “stabbed by someone else”.
While the time between the beginning of the attack and death was given as “minutes”, the time and date of death were recorded as “unknown”.
The certificate says “incineration/residence” under the “Material type” heading, but there is no confirmation that incineration has taken place.
Reiners’ two children were released A new statement on Tuesday He said a memorial service was planned. “Jake and Romy Reiner remain grateful for the love and support they have received. They will share information about a memorial service in honor of their parents at a later date.”
Reiners’ son, Nick Reiner, appeared in court on December 17 but did not enter a plea. He will return to court for a hearing on January 7.
