Nikki Sanderson and Anthony Quinlan announced on Instagram on Wednesday that they are expecting their first child.
The 41-year-old actress announced the incredible news in a body-hugging red dress.
Sharing a sweet video of a Christmas tree on Instagram on Wednesday, the duo zoomed in on a bauble with an image of a baby scan inside.
The caption simply read: ‘Merry Christmas from the three of us’ and a Christmas tree emoji.
They also wrote: ‘Baby Quinlan due in 2026’ with a heart emoji after the former Emmerdale star felt her bump and the pair kissed and embraced.

Nikki announced the incredible news by showing off her pregnancy glow in a figure-hugging red dress and white heels.

Anthony, who has previously appeared in Hollyoaks and Emmerdale and now runs an online PT and supplement business, said he ‘can’t wait until we’re a small team of three’. I want to shout it from the rooftops!’
The loved-up couple have been dating since early 2022 after Anthony went public with their partnership in April, admitting he was “really, really happy”.

He added: We have known each other for years… There were rumors that we met at the gym, and we laughed a little.

Nikki announced in March that she was leaving Hollyoaks after 13 years playing the role of Maxine Minniver (she withdrew from the series in 2017).
