Meghan Markle ‘tried to take charge’ as last Christmas with royals decoded by expert | Royal | News

The last Christmas Prince Harry and Meghan Markle spent with the royal family was in 2018, when the Duchess of Sussex was pregnant with the couple’s first child, Prince Archie.
Although the couple offered smiles to their waiting fans, all was not as it seemed, according to the body language expert. Judi James claimed the couple looked ‘isolated and ignored’ in their latest royal Christmas appearance.
Not only that, while Meghan tried to “take responsibility” for the awkward situation at Sandringham, Prince Harry appeared to be “distressed” by his family’s rejection, which coincided with rumors of tensions between Meghan and Princess Kate circulating.
Despite efforts to present a united front, Harry and Meghan appeared “isolated, ignored and awkward” during the royal walkout outside St Mary Magdalene Church, Judi James has revealed.
Judi told Daily Mail: “Harry decides to look at his father with a loving smile, but the ‘paperclip’ shaped buckle on his jacket here suggests that he is distressed by possible feelings of rejection.”
Megahn appears to have stepped in to “lead” Harry into this “disastrous” interaction; Ms James emphasized that the roles between the royal family and non-royals appear to have changed.
He added: “The impression here is that he knows the rules in terms of royal behavior and it is now Harry who needs to be guided.”
Meghan used strategic hand placement, claiming she “took control of the choreography.”
Judi explained: “It’s not just a rest as a gesture of affection – we can see her inner two fingers pressing hard against Harry’s arm as she pulls Harry in the direction she wants.”
Despite Harry not moving in the direction Meghan wants, it allegedly prompts her to repeat a small ‘pull’ motion and even use her purse as a tool to manipulate her husband.
According to the body language expert, the duchess also used an “exaggeratedly elegant smile” to convey joy and calm, while also giving subtle directions and “commands”, and her acting skills came in handy as she was “able to flawlessly direct Harry both verbally and physically” without letting that exhausting smile slip from her face.
