Israeli PM says he believes Trump can help seal truce

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he believes that his discussions with US President Donald Trump will help develop meetings on the Gaza Strip pledge version and Armistice Agreement.
Netanyahu said on Sunday before flying to Washington DC, said Israeli negotiators who participated in the ceasefire talks in Qatar had open instructions to make an agreement under the conditions accepted by Israel.
“I believe that the debate with President Trump can certainly advance these results.”
Netanyahu, “There are live, 30 dead hostages. We are determined to bring them back, we are determined. We will also make sure that Gaza will no longer be a threat to Israel.” He said.
Since Trump returned to power about six months ago, Netanyahu will have a third visit to the White House.
Public pressure is based on Netanyahu to provide a permanent ceasefire and end the war, which is a movement that some harsh members of the religious-nationalist coalition opposes.
Others, including Foreign Minister Gideon Saar, expressed support.
A person familiar with the negotiations shared with the Associated Press was confirmed by two people who were familiar with the document of a copy and accuracy of the latest ceasefire proposal sent to Hamas by the mediators.
The document summarizes the 60 -day ceasefire plans that Hamas will give more than 10 life and 18 dead hostages, the Israeli forces will be drawn to a buffer region along the borders of Israel and Egypt with Israel and Egypt and a significant amount will be provided.
The document said the aid will be distributed by the United Nations Agencies and Palestinian Red Crescent Hilal.
The US organization, which has been distributing food aid since May, does not specify what will happen to the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.
As in the previous ceasefire agreements, Palestinian prisoners issued at Israeli facilities will be released in exchange for hostages, but the number has not yet been decided.
The proposal stops guaranteeing a permanent end of the war, which is a condition that Hamas demands, but says that a permanent ceasefire negotiations will take place for 60 days.
“President (Donald) Trump guarantees Israel’s commitment to stopping military operations,” says the Belge, Deligel, adds that Trump will “personally announce the ceasefire agreement”.
Trump’s personal guarantee seemed to be attempted to guarantee that Hamas would not continue the war unilaterally, as in March, when it was understood that he was stopped during the previous ceasefire.
Hamas said on Friday, a few days after saying that Trump has accepted the conditions for the completion of a 60 -day ceasefire of Israel, a US -backed Gaza Strip Armistice offered a “positive spirit”.
Netanyahu’s office said in a statement, Hamas’ cease -fire changes were “unacceptable for Israel,” he said.
However, his office said that the delegation would fly to Qatar to continue the efforts of our hostages to secure the return of our hostages based on the Qatar proposal accepted by Israel. “
Netanyahu said that Hamas had to be disarmed many times and that the militant group has refused to argue so far.
Netanyahu said that he and Trump would build the result of the 12 -day air war with Iran last month and that the Iranian authorities never believed that he had no nuclear weapons.
He said that the latest Middle East developments created the opportunity to expand the peace circle.
On Saturday evening, the crowds called for a cease -fire agreement in a public square in Tel Aviv near the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense and the return of approximately 50 hostages held in the Gaza Strip.
The demonstrators shook the Israeli flags, and they threw posters with photos of hostages.
The last bloodshed in the Israeli-Palestinian clash was triggered when Hamas attacked Southern Israel on 7 October 2023, killed about 1200 people and took 251 hostages.
The Gaza Ministry of Health said that Israel’s retaliation military attack on Enclave killed more than 57,000 Palestinians.
