Chief Minister Revanth Reddy Extends Greetings on Congress’s 141st Foundation Day

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy celebrated the 141st foundation day of the Indian National Congress by conveying his heartfelt wishes to all party members. In a message published on Sunday, Reddy praised the Congress and called it “history written by the sweat of workers”. He underlined the important role of the party both in India’s struggle for independence and in its subsequent democratic journey. The Prime Minister called the Congress “representative of 140 crore Indians” and “wealth that feeds the hunger of the poor”.
The 141-year milestone of the party, which celebrates its contribution to the country’s independence movement and post-1947 nation-building, is being celebrated in Telangana. Local party units hold flag-raising ceremonies and various other commemorative events to honor the occasion.
