King Charles pictured with Prince Edward and Sophie on royal outing | Royal | News

King Charles was photographed arriving at church service on Sunday morning with the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, just three days after Christmas. The King attended the ceremony at St Mary Magdalene church in Sandringham, Norfolk, on 28 December.
It is the first time the King has been seen since Christmas Day, when he stepped out with the Royal Family to attend a church service at Sandringham Estate. The King, Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie were not accompanied by Queen Camilla or any other royals to the church ceremony.
The King is expected to stay at Sandringham for the remainder of the festive break before returning to royal ceremonies in the New Year.
The 77-year-old monarch looked happy and relaxed as he walked towards the church amidst crowds of people waiting to greet him.
Like his brother Prince Edward, he wrapped himself warmly in a long coat with suit trousers from the cold.
Meanwhile, Sophie looked stunning as she wore a long beige coat, brown boots and a matching brown hat.
Edward and Sophie’s children, Lady Louise Windsor and James Wessex, did not accompany them.
