Samsung Life, BNP, Norwest, Prudential Plc eye stake in IndiaFirst Life Insurance

MUMBAI: IndiaFirst Life Insurance has attracted interest from Samsung Life Insurance, Prudential Plc, BNP Paribas and Norwest Venture Partners as it seeks an exit from existing investor Warburg Pincus’ 26% stake, four people familiar with the matter said. Warburg appointed Barclays as an advisor to handle the sale process, these people said.
