In Netflix, a psychological thriller that bends the mind was greeted as “fascinating” by fans invaded for another season. OA tells the story of Prairie Johnson, a woman who returned to her adopted family seven years after her disappearance.
His family is surprised to discover that Prairie was blind before he disappears and that he could see hearing scars on his back. In his absence, something deeply emerges, Prairie refers to himself as OA, and refuses to tell FBI what happened.
Prairie, who is increasingly worried about his mental state, relys on a group of high school students and teachers, and wants to help other losses by entering another dimension.
The series created by Zal Batmanglij and Brit Marling, who also starred as Prairie, was critically appreciated and created an obsessive follow -up.
However, despite his success, the series was canceled by Netflix after the second season (released in 2019).
