Cognizant faces US class-action lawsuits over TriZetto data breach

“On or about November 2024, hackers gained access to Defendants’ (Cognizant) computer network and accessed protected Proprietary Information. Defendants allege that they first discovered unauthorized access to the system on October 2, 2025, approximately one year after the hackers gained access,” according to a class action complaint filed on December 23 by Liam Lytle, Maricruz Jimenez, and Carson Noel.
