Bereavement leave to be extended to miscarriages before 24 weeks

Parents who live low before 24 weeks of pregnancy will have the right to obtain mourning permission under a planned law.

If the government experiences loss of pregnancy at any stage, it is preparing to change the Employment Rights Law, giving the right to leave a legal job to leave.

As with the posture, mourning permit can only be used for parents who lost an unborn child after 24 weeks of pregnancy.
