Search for people possibly trapped under rubble after Russian strike hits Kharkiv

Search efforts are continuing in Ukraine on Friday to find people who may be trapped under the rubble after Russia struck the northeast of the country. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on his Telegram page that Russia hit a residential area in Kharkiv with two missiles on Friday afternoon.
