The triple zero call played to jurors

“Today?”

“Yes.”

“You said with fungal poisoning.”

“Yes. So there were five people who had dinner on Saturday, and two were in intensive care at Dandenong Hospital. Two were transferred from Leongatha Hospital to Dandenong Hospital and Erin presented this morning with signs of poisoning.”

“And what happened when you presented it?” The operator asked. Just got up and left?

“No. He was there – it was time for the nurse to start observations and I … I was running other critical patients. So I had a brief conversation about where the mushrooms were taken. And after that, while joining other patients, nurses reported that he was discharged against medical advice.”

Webster later applied to Patterson’s details in the hope that he was completely mentioned when he discharged him. “No, it doesn’t have a time,” he said. “Gone … He left 10 years of age. He was only five minutes here.”
