After-dinner gelato is a Carlton ritual, but Beku offers even more options, with flavors like durian, calamansi and Milo in silver bozzetti. The gelato shop distills ideas from Southeast Asia to create smooth, creamy treats in cups and cones.
There are 20 flavors to try at the back of the royal blue heritage store. These include staples like tarik (sweetened Malaysian tea), hojicha (roasted green tea), coconut sorbet and Biscoff. Monthly specials are inspired by neighboring Turkish, Mexican and Japanese restaurants.
