Amagi cuts IPO fundraise to ₹816 crore to broaden investor base

Company’s income announced ₹1,162 crore in FY25 while losses stood at 1,162 crore ₹68.7 crore. In the first half of the ongoing fiscal year, Amagi has posted profits so far: ₹6.4 crore compared to the loss ₹66 million lira in the same period last year.
