Southport murders “was one of the most terrible crimes in the history of our country”, said he was the president of the public investigation into the persecution.

The investigation will examine how the “worsening and deeply disturbing behavior of Axel Rudakubana, which caused such a destruction on 29 July 2024, is handled by public institutions.

Alice Aguiar, Nine; During the attacks in a dance studio in Mersexide, Elsie Dot Stancombe, the other eight children and two adults, seven and six -year -old baby, died.

The first live hearings began at Liverpool Municipality Hall under the chairmanship of retired senior judge Sir Adrian Fulford.

Sir Adrian said he was determined to offer “logical and accessible” suggestions.

Legal representatives, lawyers, media and public chambers of a council chamber “ordinary language can not simply reflect the size, he said. [Rudakubana] did it.

“None of the most powerful adjectives start to be enough.

“There is no word enough to define what is happening, and I will not find them and then I will fail.”

‘The risk is posed’

Sir Adrian said that the investigation announced by Interior Minister Yette Cooper in April would contain two stages.

The first will analyze “the history of the perpetrator and its relations with all relevant agencies”.

He continued: “We will determine the extent to which the information is shared and the risk that the information emerges and how much the missed opportunities are handled to prevent the realization.”

The second stage will include looking at the “wider phenomenon of children and young people with extreme violence”.

A few minutes after Sir Adrian began to appeal to the room, Alice asked Alice to stop a minute of silence in memory of Elsie and Bebe.

Sir Adrian, “Southport must be a line in the sand” and “nothing will come out of the table in this investigation – nothing” said Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer said.

He said that the “disturbing” facts about Rudakubana, where the hearing was told, will only be called the initials AR or “perpetrator”.

The investigation once heard how Rudakubana went to a school after attacking a student with a hockey stick in December 2019.

He found a knife in his bag and said he wanted to kill another student.

Sir Adrian, Rudakubana’nın school shooting between 2019-2021, Libyan military dictator Colonel Gaddafi and London Bridge terrorist attacks, based on concerns about the investigations, he said.

The investigation also heard that Rudakubana was missing on 17 March 2022 before boarding a bus with a knife.

Sir Adrian said: “Again, he said he wanted to stab one of the potential critical importance.”

Other disturbing details include online research on terrorist atrocities and the purchase of online weapons, including a bow and arrow, knives, machetes, and then the materials it used to consent.

Sir Adrian said that the investigation will focus on whether the state has “mechanisms” to intervene in such cases.

He pointed out that the crime and police bill, which passed the second reading of the House of Commons, would create “youth deflection orders” for those under 22 years of age in the terrorist accusation to direct them from the wider criminal justice system.

However, Sir Adrian said Rudakubana’s crimes were not about the terrorist.

Authorized, civil freedoms and public protection should be asked questions about the equilibrium, and the investigation, the risk of excessive violence before breaking the law to young people who are thought to be under the risk of electronic tags or online restrictions can be applied, such as examining suggestions, he said.

Other issues that the investigation will take into account include whether the online checks are suitable for the purpose of people who buy potential weapons.
