Bibra Lake crash: Police launch investigation into horror collision that killed e-scooter rider

Police launched an investigation into a fear accident that demanded the life of a 35-year-old E-SCOOTER driver in Lake Bibra on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, at 10.40, where Walliabup Way and Bibra Drive intersected, a white IZUZU truck and e-SCOOTER rider collapsed.
The 35 -year -old male rider was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital by St John Wa in a critical situation, but died of injuries.
The driver of the IUYUZ truck was not injured.
The tragedy followed the death of Tranh Phan, who was shot by an E-SCOOTER last month, and provided suspended contaminable vehicles on the CBD.
His death triggered a parliamentary investigation to investigate and overhaul the use of e-rings.
According to WA laws, e-SCOOTERS may be driven up to 10km/s in pathways and pedestrian crossings and bicycle paths, shared roads and local roads up to 25km/s.
