Man taken into custody after gun shots reported at Cooroibah
A man has been detained after reports of gunfire near Noosa, north of Brisbane.
Gunshots were reported on McKinnon Drive in Cooroibah at around 10am.
While the police cordoned off the area as a precaution, one person was detained at around 14.30.
Locals reported seeing a police helicopter in the area.
Medical teams arrived at the scene but did not take anyone to the hospital.
The man is currently helping the police.
