The terror-supporting asylum seeker freed from jail – now selling hair straighteners on social media for cash

An armed small-boat immigrant who called for the killing of all Jews made money on social media after being released from prison, The Mail on Sunday has revealed.

Palestinian Abu Wadee, 34, was released in December after serving nine months in prison for illegally entering the UK by boat.

But instead of deporting him, the Home Office placed Wadee in a probation hostel in a cul-de-sac in Northamptonshire.

Now the MoS can reveal that he made money illegally while he awaits the decision on his asylum application.

The original TikTok account, which received up to 2.5 million views, was closed after an MoS investigation revealed its extremism. Now his new account has garnered 25,000 fans.

There it recently endorsed a set of Remington hair straighteners. If someone buys them, Wadee receives a commission, believed to be around 5 percent of the product’s price.

Last night, a spokesman for the Campaign Against Antisemitism said: ‘This man is potentially making a good living from a growing TikTok audience in Britain and runs the risk of people being radicalized more widely. Why is he still here?’

Wadee, whose real name is Mosab Abdul Karim Al-Qassas, was jailed after arriving in the UK illegally on a boat last May.

He was arrested after the MoS uncovered a series of harsh anti-Semitic criticisms posted online, including a call for ‘death to all Jews’.

He was also photographed holding a Kalashnikov rifle and an artillery shell.

We can now reveal that he has been placed at Bridgewood probation hostel in Northampton. Most neighbors said they were unaware Wadee lived near them.

Some were too frightened to comment but resident John Weedon, 74, said: ‘He should be kept in a detention center and then deported.’

Wadee’s account was removed after The Mail on Sunday approached TikTok with our findings.
