Moment house swept down river in New Mexico flash flooding

On Tuesday, July 8, the National Weather Service declared a flash emergency in Ruidoso on Tuesday, July 8, and urged the residents to look for a higher place. According to NWS, the video shows that a house is swept from a fast -moving flood wave where river waters rise 15 feet (4.5 m).
