Tamannaah’s Aaj Ki Raat Clocks 100 Crore Views on YouTube

Tamannaah Bhatia’s exciting special song Aaj Ki Raat has achieved a rare milestone by crossing 1 billion views (100 crore views) on YouTube. The song, starring Tamannaah, sparked widespread controversy upon its release due to the glamor and on-screen presence it brought to the number.
Aaj Ki Raat received huge attention soon after its debut on YouTube and gained a massive audience in a short time. Now, a year and a half after its release, the song has officially entered the elite club of billion-viewed videos on the platform. Although it wasn’t one of the marquee songs in the film and wasn’t considered superior to many popular item numbers of the past, Tamannaah’s impressive presence undoubtedly propelled the song into YouTube’s history books.
Composed by Sachin-Jigar, the song continues to remain popular and remains a trending hit in the Top 20 Indian music charts on major music streaming platforms.
Mumbai-born Tamannaah Bhatia made her debut in Telugu cinema in 2001 and slowly carved a strong foothold in the industry. He has successfully expanded his career into Bollywood at a time when lead roles and big blockbusters are in short supply. Interestingly, it was his foray into special appearances and special songs that brought him renewed fame and popularity.
Now hailed as Bollywood’s ‘item queen’, Tamannaah boasts of multiple chart-topping numbers and reportedly charges between ₹4-6 crore per song. The horror-comedy film Stree 2 (2024), starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, was a huge box office success and “Aaj Ki Raat” became one of the most notable films.
On the work front, Tamannaah was last seen in Odela 2, where she impressed the audience by flaunting her action avatar as the female Aghora. She was also seen opposite Megastar Chiranjeevi in Bhola Shankar, but the film failed to attract the attention of the masses.
