Trump appears to struggle to walk straight after Air Force One U-turn | US | News

Alarming new video has emerged showing President Trump walking unsteadily on the tarmac as he arrived at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, on Wednesday.

Several videos of Trump walking the red carpet at an air base in Switzerland have raised concerns about the health of the president, who appears to be having trouble keeping a straight path.

In one clip, Trump can be seen struggling to walk a straight line on the red carpet, drifting to the edges, then righting himself and moving back toward the center.

Another video shared by the official White House Rapid Response X account showed a side angle of Trump walking upright toward “The Beast,” the president’s sophisticated armored vehicle.

Social media users called Trump “weak.”

“He seems weak these days and acts in more and more worrying ways. He seems more and more delusional and even babbles on about how his feelings are hurt because he didn’t get the Peace Prize and he’s going to make people pay for it, instead of pretending he’s making Americans’ lives better. How are people still happy with this guy? ,” one X user wrote.

Other users suggested the president exercise to improve his legs.

“He needs strength training in his legs and upper body. He’s walking on his left side…muscle imbalance…simple gentle maneuvers will make everything feel better. Just sayin’,” another Trump gave an extensive speech at the forum; occasionally veering from arguments about affordable housing for Americans to expressing his ongoing ambition to secure control of Greenland; Meanwhile, European leaders and prominent guests also watched the meeting.

During his speech, the President insisted that NATO should not prevent the United States from gaining control of Greenland.

“What I’m asking for is a cold, poorly positioned piece of ice,” Trump said in his statement to NATO: “This is a very small request compared to what we’ve been giving them for decades.”

“This huge unsecured island is actually part of North America,” Trump said. “This is our territory.”

According to Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, Air Force One reversed course shortly after takeoff for Davos because the flight crew detected a minor electrical malfunction in the aircraft; This malfunction reportedly included a brief loss or flickering of the cabin lights.

In accordance with standard security procedures for presidential travel, the pilots elected to return to Joint Base Andrews as a precautionary measure rather than continue the transatlantic journey.

After landing safely, President Trump and his delegation transferred to an alternative military aircraft and departed for Switzerland.
