Harry Styles has announced he will perform 50 shows in seven cities, including six at London’s Wembley Stadium.

The nearly four-year wait for new music from Harry Styles is over, but it’s been elusive in the meantime.

There are few places one of the world’s greatest artists, seen running marathons in Berlin and Tokyo and watching the confirmation of a new pope at the Vatican, can go without attracting attention.

But speaking to the BBC about new single Aperture, Harry says he has no intention of distancing himself from the “human experience”.

“When I first started touring we were spending a lot of time in hotel rooms,” he previously told BBC Radio 2’s Scott Mills.

“I guess you can choose to isolate yourself from the world, and it was so wonderful for me to stay in the universe.”

Harry is set to go global again in 2026 and will play 50 shows in seven cities, including six at Wembley Stadium in London and 30 at Madison Square Garden in New York.

The Together, Together tour will also visit Amsterdam, São Paulo, Mexico City, Melbourne and Sydney between May and December.

Harry not only runs marathons, but also uses his free time to attend many concerts.

BBC Radio 1’s Greg James said that being in and among live audiences “led to the music he made”.

“It was about getting to the other side of the audience experience,” he said, describing seeing American dance-punk band LCD Soundsystem live as “a reminder of why they are special.”

“Having spent so many years on stage, the last few years have given me the opportunity to be a real audience member and be in the crowd.”

Harry will be supported at his shows in London in what Shania Twain, who listened to his music in her mother’s car as a child, said was “full circle”.

“(Shania) is someone who has been in my life musically for a very long time,” he told Radio 2.

Special guests in other cities will include Jamie XX, Jorja Smith and Robyn; presale and general tickets will go on sale later this month.

Always Kiss. Disco, Sometimes

Aperture is the first single from Harry’s fourth album. Always Kiss. Disco, SometimesIt will be released on March 6.

But the song was the record’s finishing touch.

“We’ve completed most of the album,” he told Radio 1.

“When we finally heard this song, it was when we felt the freest and we really had a lot of fun.

“It felt like the mission statement of what the album was about, with this perfect little bow on it and it was like: ‘Oh, the record’s done.'”

Three-time Grammy Award winner started making fun of his comeback The message “we belong together”, which emerged in December, is a prominent quote at Aperture.
