Meghan’s safety in the country has always remained an obstacle; but sources now claim he has something else to think about: negative press and his declining popularity. A source told Online Radar: “His biggest concern is not logistics or protocol; it is the press attention he expects and the intensity of negativity. He feels the climate of the UK media towards him has become harsher.”

Another source added: “His approval numbers in the UK are extremely low; a clear majority still opposes him. He is acutely aware that large sections of the British press remain openly hostile and that level of hostility will inevitably make any comeback difficult and uncomfortable.” Meanwhile, a source close to the Duchess previously told The Daily Express: “Meghan has security issues and serious concerns about really bad trolls.”
