London school LIVE: Pupils evacuated from building as ‘gas engineers on site’ | UK | News

An elementary school was evacuated Monday morning due to a gas leak at the facility. Parents of pupils at Kenmont Primary School in Kensal Green, north London, were asked to pick up the children on January 26.

There is no indication that any students were injured or taken to hospital, but gas company Cadent is at the scene. my london reports. A source told our sister publication that as of 1.13pm, only “one member of staff” remained in the building, while others were handling the evacuation and parents.
