JD Vance ratchets pressure on Andrew to testify on Epstein as he rages at ‘incestuous elites’

JD Vance has increased pressure on Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to testify before US lawmakers about his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.

The vice president said in a wide-ranging exclusive interview with the Daily Mail on Tuesday that he would support bipartisan efforts to summon the former prince to testify before Congress, noting recent calls from the British prime minister.

“I saw Keir Starmer say something about it,” Vance said. ‘I’m definitely open to that.’

The Vice President added that the decision will ultimately be made by congressional Republicans who are best positioned to evaluate what Andrew can offer to the ongoing bipartisan investigation into Epstein and how the U.S. government is handling the case.

‘I’ll let them decide whether they want to talk to Prince Andrew or not. I would definitely be open to it. “But that’s their decision, not mine,” he added.

Vance said that the files released by the Department of Justice on Friday showed that “there is a very incestuous structure in America’s elites.”

These include photos showing Andrew kneeling over a woman and touching her waist. The documents included emails showing King Charles’ brother was in frequent contact with Epstein for more than two years after the financier was convicted of child sex crimes.

Vance claimed the files exonerated Donald Trump, who was friends with Epstein from the 1990s to the mid-2000s. During this period, the President said that he had a falling out with her because of her ‘creepy’ behavior towards young women at the Mar-a-Lago club.

“President Trump is well outside the social circle,” Vance insisted.

‘He knows most of these people. It certainly has a similar wealth and power. But he was never as friendly with Epstein as he was with many other people.

‘I think this shows there’s an incestuous nature in America’s elite, and that’s pretty disgusting. And I think a lot of people think it reflects very badly on them. Bill Gates, Bill Clinton and many more.’

Sir Keir said on Saturday that Andrew should appear before US MPs to reveal everything he knew about Epstein in a bid to help his victims.

“Anyone who has information should be ready to share that information, no matter what is asked of them,” the Prime Minister told reporters.

‘You can’t be victim-centered if you’re not prepared to do that.’

Andrew, who was seen driving in Windsor on Monday, has not commented on the latest filings but has previously vehemently denied any wrongdoing.

The House of Representatives cannot issue the subpoena because Andrew is a foreign national.

Charles stripped his brother of his dukedom and principality titles in October following renewed scrutiny over his relationship with Epstein following the posthumous publication of Virginia Giuffre’s memoir. He took his own life last April.

Giuffre claimed Andrew had sex with her three times when she was 17, at Ghislaine Maxwell’s mansion in London, in New York and on Epstein’s private island.

Andrew, who vehemently denies her allegations, reached a £12 million out-of-court settlement with Giuffre in 2022 to end the civil sexual assault case against him.

old prince He ignored an invitation to testify before the US House Oversight Committee following the previous dump of the Epstein files in November.

The letter cited financial records from Epstein’s estate that mentioned ‘massages for Andrew’ and a 2011 email in which the former prince told the pedophile: ‘We are in this together.’

Recent filings show Andrew maintained regular contact with Epstein, including discussing potential business deals and social gatherings, after his 2008 conviction for soliciting prostitution from a minor.

In an email, A mystery Russian woman who arranged a dinner date with Andrew by Epstein thanked the pedophile for a ‘truly special adventure’. Epstein sent Andrew an email in August 2010 saying a woman could meet him in London.

‘He’s 26 years old, Russian, smart [sic] beautiful, reliable and yes it has your email,” he wrote.

It is unclear whether the woman and Andrew have actually met.

It is also stated in the files that Andrew’s ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, was also included and that Epstein was offered to set up a “single” woman with a “great body” after the child was convicted of sexual intercourse.

Epstein was found hanged in a Manhattan jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. His death was ruled a suicide.

Andrew has been contacted for comment.
