Panneerselvam, Dhinakaran oppose transferring TNOU teaching staff to other universities

O. Panneerselvam and AMMK leader TTV Dhinakaran, the Coordinator of the Rights Committee of the Workers’ Rights Committee, opposed the decision to transfer the norms of university grades to other universities by violating the norms of university grades.
In a statement, Mr. Panneerselvam said that there are only 37 professors and 43 assistant professors who were temporarily appointed at the university. Thus, they were shifting to the colleges under other universities, he said, and showed protests organized by the affected staff for the last few days.
Mr. Dhinakaran called on the DMK government to cancel the decision to transfer teaching personnel and fill the empty positions in TNOU.
