US, Ukraine and Russia delegations agree to prisoner exchange: special envoy

Delegations from the United States, Ukraine and Russia have agreed to exchange hundreds of prisoners, Steve Witkoff, the US special presidential envoy for peace missions, announced Thursday.
“Today, delegations from the United States, Ukraine and Russia agreed on the exchange of 314 prisoners, the first such exchange in five months,” he said on Thursday. Publish on X he declared.
