Kerala High Court grants anticipatory bail to ED official

The Supreme Court of Kerala gave the guarantee of the Deputy Director Sekhar Kumar from the Executive Directorate (ED), the Anti -Aviation Bureau (VACB), claiming that he demanded a bribe from a carry -based cluster.

In the expected bail petition, Mr. Gambling claimed innocence and claimed that he had fallen incorrectly in the case. He claimed that the case was recorded in a way that the businessman could remove 24 Crore siphon from different people from the investigation initiated by ED.

A justice bench said it was possible to investigate by making an investigation without keeping him in custody and detaining him.
