Soul Patts appoints outgoing Boral CEO Vik Bansal as director

Outgoing Boral Executive Committee Chairman and General Manager Vik Bansal announced that he would participate in the Soul Patts Board of Directors on Friday, after August 15, and added the role of another director to his portfolio.
