Trump wrote on Truth Social: “The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely awful, one of the worst shows ever! It makes no sense, is an insult to American Greatness, and does not represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence. No one understands a word this guy says, and the dancing is disgusting, especially to little kids watching from all over the US and the world.”
“This ‘Show’ is just a ‘slap in the face’ for our Country that sets new standards and records every day, including the Best Stock Market in History and their 401(k)s. There is nothing inspiring about this Halftime Show and viewing mess, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media because they have no idea what is going on in the REAL WORLD — And by the way, the NFL needs to change their ridiculous new Kickoff Rule immediately. AMERICA BIG AGAIN!”
Others complained that the entire performance was in Spanish.
