Michelle Obama reveals she recently got TEN piercings in one sitting

Michelle Obama recently revealed that she got 10 ear piercings in one sitting.

The 62-year-old former First Lady made her confession in the last episode of her program. IMO podcast with co-host Craig Robinson.

Michelle proudly showed off her ‘constellation’ of stud earrings, which now extend across the top of her earlobes and into the cartilage in both her left and right ears.

‘I always thought about getting extra piercings in my ear, but I never had the courage,’ he told the audience.

Michelle said the decision was inspired by the “young people” in her life, citing her daughters Malia, 27, and Sasha, 24, who both have numerous piercings.

She also revealed how long it took her husband, former US president Barack Obama, to notice her new additions.

Michelle recalled that she last had her ears pierced two decades ago, before she and Obama’s daughter was born.

‘I had a second [piercing] The hole I had before I had a child. But then I got lazy and stopped wearing earrings,’ she told Robinson.

‘But these days the young people in my life are getting more piercings. There are just nicer decorations.’

Pointing to her now heavily pierced left ear, Michelle told Robinson: ‘You see, there’s more of a cluster. A constellation style look.’

Although Michelle was pleased with her ‘beautiful’ new piercings, she admitted it was not her plan to get so many piercings in one sitting.

‘So, I was going in for a few days and then I did my normal thing and said: “Oh, put one and put one [there]. “Let’s try one there,” he explained.

‘So I got 10 piercings in one sitting.’

Robinson recoiled, thinking that the experience was painful for Michelle.

‘I always thought about getting extra piercings in my ear but never had the courage,’ he told the audience.

But he insisted it was ‘not bad at all’. ‘Not for me.’

Michelle also revealed her husband’s reaction to the new additions. ‘Barack finally noticed. “It took a few days,” he said, laughing.

According to Michelle, Obama said the reason he didn’t realize it sooner was a recent change in his wife’s hairstyle.

He said: “You didn’t tie up your hair. You left your hair open.” And I said, “Um, I don’t know. I sleep with you every night, man.”

“But he noticed yesterday,” he added.

Michelle’s piercing revelation comes just weeks after she appeared on the Call Her Daddy podcast, where she criticized the public’s obsession with her physical appearance. During Obama’s first presidential campaign.

He argued that articles about him often begin with ‘He was dressing’ rather than focusing on his professional career.
